"Our stay was all that we hoped and needed."

The desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was nice. I had a broken leg at the time, so an elevator being there helped a lot too. The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were soft and cozy.

There were no complaints. We appreciated coffee in the room, tolietries in the bathroom, the gym access, just please keep up the good work and good staff.

Management was rude. And inspite of me having a reservation paid in advance was. Yelled at and degraded told they dont have it in their system. Almost showing me out the lobby. Told to cancel and come in as a walk in or leave. When my stay was paid. And unsure if it could be refunded. Very inhumane treatment.
