QC Grand Hotel Villa Arzaga Garda Spa & Golf

- wonderful location - spa facilities are very modern (hotel opened in 2022) and stylish - breakfasts & lunches - reception staff who addressed our difficulties in the most professional way

- we initially booked comfort room, but had to ask to change it because there was only one small window facing outside pools. So no fresh air, no quietness, no relax. We stayed 5 nights and absence of good sleep was not an option. - restaurant staff was not friendly - room cleaning was strange. One day they forgot to take the rubbish, other day forgot to change half of the towel (got dirty ones and didn’t bring clean ones).

Everything super good

Très déçue de cet hôtel qui semblait magnifique sur papier avec le spa. Mais celui ci est ouvert à tout le monde pour la journée et est du coup très peu agréable car bondé. Un peu l’usine. Par ailleurs, des AirPods oubliés dans la chambre … non retrouvés par l’hôtel (avec la localisation …)

Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Leider kein richtiges Brot. Nur Toast und weiches, krustenloses Weißbrot. Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig und es ist schwer sich zurechtzufinden. Tolles Spa. Ausgezeichneter Golfplatz. Golfrestaurant sehr gut mit ausgezeichneter Crew.

Einführung in die Hotelanlage dürfte besser sein. Man braucht mindestens zwei Tage, um sich zurechtzufinden.

Die Lage , die Stille in der Nacht, die alten Gebäude,die wunderschönen Freiflächen

Gelegentlich kann der Standard nicht gehalten werden
