The K Club

Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und sauber, hätte aber eine Renovierung verdient. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre mehr Vielfalt – vor allem eine bessere Brotauswahl – wünschenswert. Das Dinner war solide, ohne zu begeistern.

Der K Club hat zweifellos seinen Charme, würde jedoch von einer Renovierung profitieren – eine Auffrischung würde den Aufenthalt spürbar angenehmer machen.

Great room with a view of the river, excellent breakfast. The staff team, from welcome to goodbye, is exceptional. Our every need was met.

I would like to see a little more choice on the Barton grill dinner menu for diners wanting a lighter meal. On our second evening we ate in the Henry Room, which was great, but a bit early for us as food service stops at 5pm.

2nd time staying here fantastic hotel and staff would highly recommend

Everything (almost) - the hotel itself, the fabulous grounds, the large bedrooms (even standard rooms) the restaurants, the gorgeous massages and the pleasant and attentive service.

The pool area and changing facilities are not 5 star. The vegetarian/vegan meal options could be improved (considered protein sources would really make it 5 star!) and some dishes at South were not great. We also had an issue on check out with our voucher not being deducted from our bill as expected.
