"Concierge Overload"

Beds, pillows, wine glasses and ice bucket and fridge in room.

Too many staff asking were we ok. We felt it was more like we were intruding, in the way and were beimg questioned. On day one, we were exploring the venue, to get ourselves orientated and we felt almost like we were caught sneaking around.

A very relaxing ambient hotel stay. Amazing food and excellent service.

The spa. Facilities are poor. No atmosphere. Needs updating. The outdoor hot tub was the only good part of the spa. Payment for private sauna makes no sense when so many hotel offer unisex saunas as part of their spa experience.
