Staff took a long time for check-in because they could not find our name. I have to showed the booking paper.

Golf club not that close to airport. We stayed as it was claimed to be close to airport - it is not. It is not near anything. No reason to stay there unless all you want to do is golf. Only one restaurant that was average at best.

Really nice staff, outstanding property, with clean and comfortable rooms. This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed at while traveling to Thailand.

I stayed with my family on July 2022. First, it was too hidden. Second, only one restaurant was open and it was not as if my family and I could leave the hotel and walk to another restaurant because the hotel/ residences are too far away from the street. Third, the sliding doors in the balcony did not lock (were broken) the restroom doors do not lock either. There is no staff available to answer quick questions. Overall, it was a 5 out of 10. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has not been kind to this hotel. We visited in 2019 and LOVED it! But it has gone downhill fast since then. Our room felt worn-out and the hotel felt like a ghost town. Service was VERY limited and uncomfortable. Our room had hundreds (not an exaggeration) of mosquitos. We spent an hour ridding our room of the pests before we could sleep. The pool is miniature- the kind that would typically be for each individual room at a nice resort- a "plunge pool", but for the entire hotel. We really regretted staying here again. The only redeeming quality is the vicinity to the airport and free airport shuttle.
