Treebo Ambassador

Excellent rooms,polite staff, healthy breakfast.

Short of parking

On arrival hotel said "Your booking was cancelled". I showed live status at booking.com mentioned "Confirmed". Hotel said "we don't know, if you want you can pay cash with more price and only for 1 night, instead 2 nights, 2nd night we can't provide no rooms. My question is - what is going on? Hotel, what are you doing? Before arrival hotel tryed to ask me to pay in advance on 3rd party web site/whatsap. In my booking it was clearly mentioned - "payment on arrival". Worst hotel, don't book here.

The staff was decent, hotel was okay. The reason I am giving a low rating to this hotel is because of the Treebo chain which runs this hotel. I describe the issue below.

Treebo Group runs Hotel Ambassador and is 100% unreliable. First of all, Treebo compelled me to make a prepayment of half the total amount (initially they were demanding the full amount), although they were not permitted to charge prepayment, as Booking.com customer care told me later. Second, I checked out of the hotel a day before my check-out date because the hotel was very noisy in the night—I couldn’t sleep for the two nights I was there. I moved into a different hotel. However, Treebo has not refunded me my final day’s charges and the Hotel Ambassador simply shrugged off their own responsibility, blaming Treebo for everything. Even Booking.com was unable to connect to Treebo—they don’t take anyone’s calls nor reply to messages. It is quite clear that the Treebo chain is making use of the credible reputation of Booking.com and scamming guests. I will never, ever, book any hotel in India run by the Treebo group.

The hotel is close to the airport and the breakfast was good.

The cozy and comforting stay made my trip more memorable!

Poha and tea was fresh and tasty Rooms were clean and comfortable

The whole place was reeking of bug spray making breathing uncomfortable.
