The gentleman that was at the front desk when we checked in at 3 was GREAT
The complimentary lotion, and conditioner bottles were empty, the beds had crumbs in them, the sheets and towels had stains on them. The pool was freezing cold so couldn’t even swim even tho we specifically asked if the pool was heated and we were told yes. The night shift front desk person was no where to be found for over an hour. The beds are rock hard and have stains

THE PROPERTY WAS FILTHY AND OLD.
DIRTY, DINGY, THE POOL HAD STUFF FLOATING IN IT AND IT. WASNT MOVING. THE ROOM WAS OLD, DIRTY AND MY SHEETS HAD HAIR IN THEM. RUG HAD STAINS ALL OVER AND THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM WAS FILTHY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WE LASTED THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE WE GOT OUT OF THAT PLACE. THEY STILL HAVENT ISSUED ME A REFUND. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
