Well place easy to access from the freeway . and thus easy to access the rest of the city , gas station across the parking lot which was handy , and they play via external speakers all manner of classical and operatic music which gives the place an odd but I found interesting feeling , check in was an ordeal the man on the desk was unable to activate keys etc , I think it was his first day and he was continually phoning someone for assistance , which irritating for us and others was also unfair on him he should not have been in that position until fully up to speed , it took 3 hours to get a working key . Up to then the front desk opened our room , we went out to dinner in the interim

See previous entry , managers should have the wit to train their staff if they want good outcomes .All that said the hotel was very nice and clean and provided a good breakfast , so dont be put off I would use this hotel again hopefully management will give the training needed , not do it by remote over the phone .
