"Staff is nice but they dont check problems in the room in advance"

The staff was very supportive.

My room was not ready the first night. For one night I had a room without key. For 2 days there was no warm water in my washroom.

"WORST EXPERIENCE & never ever book this hotel ."

Nothing, Firstly this hotel doesn’t exist and has been closed long back & then they moved us to another hotel where there was worst facilities & I booked with breakfast but they didn’t provide breakfast at all & said that booking.com has not send them with breakfast although my booking clearly shows that it was booked with breakfast. RUDE STAFF & misbehaviour.

What you show it's not that.this name hotel doesn't exist at that address.The display board shows it's name as HOTEL GRAND ARCASIA.very shabby ambiance.I felt like cheated by booking.com.i stayed there just for five minutes and immediately checked out and went to another hotel .please check my mails.i requested for refund.

This hotel is a shame in the capital city of India delhi. The room I had booked for had a seepage and they offered me another room after cancellation of my earlier booking at double the cost. The room I took had the dirtiest toilet. It had no intercom , and the staff was highly unprofessional. No cups for even I would have liked to have tea. Due to heavy rains the hotels reception was all flooded due to the leakage from the roof. What a dingy location. I want my money back.

"Fab Hotel Anutham- not a good experience"

The location.

The staff, their behaviour, they unnecessarily tried tempering with my existing booking just to earn a few extra bucks. They were rude and almost spoiled my weekend.
