I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly polite, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They made sure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

Bed sheet was torn. Bath room has many insects so I had to move to another room for shower.

I booked this hotel, but was shifted to the fabexpress in malviya nagar even though I paid 30% advance. The person at the counter was very rude was made to pay full amount upon arrival. Was given an open bottle of water. No toilet paper. Very dirty towel, very dirty sheets. Everything about this place was bad. I'm talking about Fabexpress Premium 1 in Malviya Nagar. Better not to list such hotels

Everything was bad The fridge dirty The customer service even worst When I complained the girl said. We have so many people staying here they did not complain why are you complaining They also charged me for 2 days even though I did not stay as it was so bad I just walked out of the hotel and told them they can keep the money
