Clean, comfortable Would have been a lovely stay if it was as advertised

No spa bath as advertised. I had over 1000km driving over a 48 hour period. I chose this property over many others based on the Spa bath advertised. I drove extra in order to stay here. I have neck and back issues and planned a hot bath as a part of my trip. Instead, I had to stand under a very weak flowing shower. — and I sent messages, there was no response, until 2 days after asking me for my review.

I like that it’s close to the lake

The one thing I was not happy about was the cleaning of the toilet floor in the cabin we were staying was not cleaned, hair and paper left on the floor from previous people, and I had to look at it for the 3 days I stayed in the cabin. Ceiling fans only in main rooms, my kids slept on the couch as it was far too hot in the rooms at night.

Check in and checkout was easy and the cabins are well equipped with all the features needed for a short stay

I was hopeful of getting the lake view (as advertised), but was assigned a cabin that didn’t have a view. The cabins are grouped into zones. Therefore, guests should be given the option to choose their cabins by zones to avoid disappointments.

Location and facilities were awesome
