Bvilla Seminyak

We really enjoyed our stay, Only problem was that our bed wasn't very comfy - I think the mattress is due to be updated.

We had a fantastic four night stay with a family of four. The two bedroom villa was spacious with very large bathrooms and breakfast cooked in the room each morning. The main street and restaurants were less than ten mins walk - with many great food choices. The beach a casual 15 mins walk away. Only one small issue was that the mattresses are due for replacement as they fall in on the sides. We would most definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our family of 5 stayed 5 night. We have adult children and BVilla was perfect for us. Location was good, easy walk to supermarket and food street. The staff were so friendly and happy. The bedrooms were great, huge bathrooms and all independent from each other with a lounge area connecting the villa and off course the pool was a hit.

bvilla was a beautiful place to unwind for a few days. Having my own private pool was sensational. The only problem I found was the communication with the staff. A number of times they misunderstood and provided something I didn't ask for. But overall they couldn't do enough for you.

Overall experience was wonderful. So relaxing, just a short little walk to restaurants and shops but far away enough that it's not noisy or busy. Staff was helpful and very polite. We stayed 3 of our 6 days there mostly inside the villa to just read and swim, and venture out at nite to have a nice meal. Some suggestion for improvement is - internet was unbearably slow, and down a lot; reading light is not adequate for nite reading.

We booked based on the fabulous photos on the website, the staff are very friendly however the villas are a little rough around the edges. The location is great, just off the main strip in Seminyak. However the cleanliness of the rooms left a little to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite grotty and it seemed like they never wiped the bathroom bench down. The turn down service was inconsistent and they would not pick up used pool towels and replace them with new one ready for the next morning. We had used some of the glasses by the pool for a drink and they sat there for two days until I picked them up and took them to the kitchen for cleaning. The hardest part was that the doors in the bedroom did not seal properly, I could put my hand between the door and the frame. This resulted in the cold air from the very insufficient air conditioner escaping and the bugs getting in at night. I was bitten every night until I sealed up the door using towels. As mentioned the room had a tiny air conditioner, therefore the room was also hot and never seemed to cool down probably to be comfortable to get to sleep. It didn't help that they only offered a winter weight donna on the bed and no top sheet. In addition in the morning when they would offer you coffee with breakfast they would just use the sachet coffee in your room (which they never refilled) and not freshly brewed coffee. The location was good and the staff were friendly but I would not recommend or return.
