Radisson Hotel Kaliningrad

Просто замечательно.

Очень удобное расположение отеля, самый центр города, всё находится рядом,магазины,кафе,рестораны.Вид из окна у нас был красивый,видна церковь,утром ещё можно услышать звон колоколов, всё здорово вообщем!

We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff is friendly. Location is close to all major points of interest. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The property is centrally located, close to main attractions. It is also close to transport to other areas of the region. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. My husband has back problem, but bed and pillows in this hotel were just right. Breakfast buffet offers many choices including omlets made on order by cook in front of your eyes. Many choices on fruits , vegitables, sweet table with cookies and cakes and so forth choices for all tastes. We loved it and decided prolong our stay in the hotel by another week. We will book this hotel on our next visit to Kaliningrad

The hotel is well located and room was confortable.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the services are generally good even though should improve especially the guest service. One lady only is very professional, her name is Ekaterina, efficient always polite and kind. The other guys needs more training, especially the male guy, no smile, no manners and no problem solving skills, he should be told to never argue with the customers but to limit himself to smile and apologize and solve the issue in the fastest way Even though I’ve had a couple of issues and I reported as complains I never got an apology call or a gesture of concerns...to be improved

I liked pretty much everything there - good location in the very center of the city, very friendly cervices, good quality linen, pillows and blankets, cleanliness, overall very friendly atmosphere.

Отличный отель, но немного не комфортно было при заселении, когда на сделанную бронь на троих человек с нас хотели взять дополнительную оплату. При условии, что когда я бронировал - ставил количество людей - трое - один номер. В итоге - не найдя нигде в бронировании, что я должен вносить дополнительную плату - отель, как они сказали, в виде исключения пошел на уступки и не взял мифическую плату. Но при всем при этом - было не особо любезное отношение девушки на ресепшн.В целом отель отвечает заявленным звездам: комфортно, чисто, удобно.
