The location and the room.

The price was way too much, also the elevator is extremely scary to the point we used the stairs to go anywhere.

"I have been to worse places, it could be so much better!"

The location

Room not really clean. It was dusty, the linens and pillows had odor so i had to get pillowcases. Hair was in the bathtub. Coffeemaker was dirty and not working. Lamp had a bulb that was out. The breakfast area was the only decent thing about the stay.

We absolutely loved the indoor pool. It was a major plus for the kids. The room was very big & spacious. Beds were comfortable, so comfortable we slept right pass breakfast. Staff was nice & friendly.

The elevator was a little slow.
