Sleep Inn & Suites Shreveport near Medical Center

My daughter and I stayed for one night before medical testing for one of her children. The lady at the desk, Mya, was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. I was slightly concerned about road noise since we faced I49, but mostly it was pretty quiet. We stayed in Room 410. There was a nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. We had use of a mini fridge and microwave. There was a desk with a chair and two queen beds which was just what we needed. In the morning a good breakfast was available, including scrambled eggs, link and sausage patties, grits, bottled water, yogurt, toast, etc. The coffee was pretty good and there was a good selection of creamers. The breakfast area was neat and clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if needed.

This hotel is a little better than other hotels in the area that I have stayed at, I make a trip to the area once a year for the last 10 years and this is the best overall experience.

Worth the money enjoyed my stay not good breakfast

Hot tub was the only reason we booked here and it was colder than the pool...

The room smelled musty with lingering cigarette smoke from years ago

Staff was very friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We would stay there again when we're in the area.
