This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are small, standard European small, but the beds are really comfortable. The staff is helpful, and they have English speaking CAR SERVICE! These guys are GREAT. The location is perfect, walkable to all the center St. Petersburg attractions. Breakfast is cheap, and very very good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Mosta. The atmosphere was more intimate than larger hotels and the staff helpfull.

Great staff. Very nice people. They don't bother you and leave you alone. Everyone seems to speak English too. Also it is a close walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Close to very popular attractions like hermitage, church of the savior on blood , Kazan cathedral, and from metro station. All about 15-20 minute walk from hotel. Safe area to walk around and safe place to get to at night. Rooms are clean , smell nice, and staff is polite and friendly. Would recommend to Anyone to stay there. Also they help you with the invitation for visa and also provide paperwork for when you leave (I did not need it once I got to passport control ) but was nice they did. Good for English speakers.

Great hotel.staff verry nice and speek english. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I got sick and the lady at the front desk wrote everything down in russian so the pharmacist could help me. Loved it

The staff are committed to good service and all speak English. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar has an excellent view of Church of the Spilt Blood. We ate there a couple of times and were content with what we got - not great but very well priced. We thought the hotel offered excellent value.

Great hotel, great location, everything is new and spotless. My room was small, but very comfortable. The buffet breakfast for 400 rubles was a real treat and well worth the price.

Perfect choice within walking distance of most popular sites in SPB - just 2 blocks from Spilled Blood church, half mile from Hermitage and Nevsky Prospekt, and over 1 bridge from Peter and Paul Fortress. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms and, did I mention, great location!

Hotel is in prime condition with truly wonderful and helpful staff. Walking distance to all the major sites in St. Petersburg. Great service and ultra clean

Very well located. Friendly & Helpfull stuff. Too bad there was no way to have coffee or tea in the room like in other hotels. Also, Shower was a bit dated with simple plastic curtain. Not particularly luxurious bathroom but clean.

I spent six nights here whilst visiting St Petersburg as a single traveller from the UK during August 2015. I stayed in an Economy Single room with en-suite bathroom which was more than adequate for my needs (clean, comfortable and proportioned/equipped as described on the hotel's website). All the reception staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and spoke excellent English. (Prior to my stay they had assisted with Tourist Visa formalities and arranged a transfer from the airport for me) I used the hotel's 'Four Seasons Terrace' restaurant (with it's fine panoramic view towards the iconic Church on Spilled Blood) on a number of occasions for breakfast/dinner and found the service/food to be of a good standard. I didn't use the Internet during my stay, but I believe WiFi was readily available in the lobby area.
