Hotel Rural Bentor

La habitación. Era correcta y nos pusieron calentadores como había pedido con antelación, porque eran días muy fríos.

Que no tuviera calefacción. Pero como lo sabía, estuvieron muy amables y lo solucionaron.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast is different every day.

The room looks nice, but it's not comfortable to be in. The sink is in the room, not isolated. If your companion is sleeping, the sound of the running water will disturb them. The bathroom has no ventilation, so all the odors linger there forever. There's only one trash can, and that's in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The light fixture hums when turned off. You could replace it with LED lighting. In the wall lamps, one lamp is warm, the other is cold. Please use the same type of bulbs. We washed some clothes, but they dry very poorly and there's nowhere to hang them.

The hotel is located inside a nice old building, well preserved, with a very nice inner patio, and with a nice terrace with a view to the near valley and to the ocean. breakfast is good My room was cleaned/arranged well every day

In fact I met only one lady from the staff at the place, who takes care of everything: breakfast, reception, room arranging and cleaning… the reception is closed all day, when arrived I found the lady in the kitchen and waited 20min for her to open the reception for me. Why I will not prefer this hotel on my next visit: 1. as I mentioned before the terrace and maybe other rooms facing east with nice view and space, my room, number 14, was facing west and the window was opening toward the street on the street level, with pedestrians passing just in front of my window, and cars parking just near it,(see photos attached) so basically opening the window is not an option. 2. even with all lights on, the room was very dark. 3. breakfast is served very late, 9:00-10:00. Very inconvenient for people who want to start the day early

Me gustaron las vistas y el precioso entorno, que sea una casa antigua y cuidada, la amabilidad de todos. El desayuno, correcto en variedad y sabroso. He avisado de mi sensibilidad al gluten y sin problema. Nos encantó la cena. En la habitación, la cama es confortable y calentita. Había una buena manta extra, pero no ha sido necesaria para dormir. Hay algún aparcamiento público justo delante, pero con caminar 100m hay muchas más plazas.

Tal vez estar tan cerca de la entrada y cara a la calle, por algún ruido que se llegue a filtrar. También que el baño no esté totalmente cerrado, pero eso ya lo sabíamos antes que elegir. Al final, para quedarnos dos días, en los que siempre hemos estado corriendo, no ha tenido tanta importancia.

La amabilidad del personal es increíble. Nuestra estancia coincidió con unos días más frescos y nos prestaron un calefactor para la habitación. El desayuno espectacular, había un poco de todo y de buena calidad. El primer día nos indicaron que podíamos aparcar en un lugar que estaba a una calle y todos los días aparcamos allí. El hotel dispone de un restaurante en el que preparan unos platos de 10!!!! Son platos muy elaborados y están riquísimos. Como cada plato que probamos nos encantaba, cenamos allí casi todas las noches, no nos molestábamos en buscar otro lugar, además la camarera y el cocinero son majísimos. Buscábamos un hotel en una zona menos turística y tranquila, y justo es lo que encontramos.

El único "pero" es la altura de las almohadas, pero dependerá de los gustos. Tanto a mí como a mí pareja, nos resultan más cómodas un poco más altas
