"Will not be staying again"

Staff was nice; breakfast was typical for a free breakfast - decent.

Unfortunately, the clientele around and staying at the hotel was terrible. Hookers in the lobby. Pot smell in the room next to us and in our room and the guy yelling until they moved our room at 1am. New room had very loud music next door. A domestic dispute fight in the lobby earlier in the day. I asked the front desk manager to call the police. She said she can’t call until three different people complain about a situation. Frankly, that is a stupid policy. Pillows were square pillows that one would put on their couch, not a sleeping pillow. Assume they mid-ordered these as no one uses those pillows for a bed. Uncomfortable. Once I post this, I’ll get the standard answer/no change response. The only way ‘management’ will change and do something to ensure comfort and security is to limit their revenue by not giving them any business. I won’t stay here again and expected more for $115 a night.

"I felt it was a good location most importantly we were comfortable and the stay felt as if it were customizable."

Very clean room, great location to fast food as well. Simple check in/out process. Good TV channels compared to other hotels.

The handicap parking felt limited however other than that I have no complaints!
