Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem.

Das einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert und war nicht sehr freundlich.

Die Lage nahe beim Letzigrund (Konzert)

Lüftung funktionierte nicht wirklich - es war sehr heiss, kein Kasten für Kleider, warten und umständlicher Service beim check-in - zu wenig Leute, obwohl Hotel ausgebucht war (wegen Konzert). Preis (über 400 CHF) für ein Dreistern-Hotel überrissen. Der Preis konnte wegen Konzert an diesem Tag so hoch angesetzt werde.
