The staff were very accommodating when we expressed our concerns with the first room that we were provided. They provided upgraded accommodation that was very pleasant and we were not charged more. It was the beginning of the season so restaurant on site was not open. Was a beautiful location right on the water. In better weather we would have been able to enjoy it more.

Staff was incredibly friendly... however very disappointed. The pictures did not show the lack of maintenance and dated features. Our carpet was stained and our room smelled like mildew. The exterior amenities had not been maintained at all.

Restaurant was fantastic. Location of my room right off the boardwalk and seat looking at the water was amazing. No handsoap in the bathroom and no top sheet or sheets around the duvet. Perhaps a new house keeper? Or pre season so not ready yet? But I would totally stay there again

Overall, we have a good time at Cabot Trail and good night in this accommodation.

Restaurant was closed while website stated it was open until 9pm. No other options at that time of evening. Resort was moving to off season status and should reduce their room rates. Doors and windows need replacing and plumbing upgrades.
