publicidad engañosa, en la página mencionan que el hotel cuenta con piscina, sin embargo, la realidad es que la piscina no se encuentra en el hotel, sino que tienes que caminar 3 minutos para llegar a otra propiedad (la cual se renta para airbnb) y el uso es en horario muy limitado.

La habitación cómoda, bonita, limpia y el desayuno está fresco y bueno.

Hay mucho ruido exterior por la madrugada (los gallos cantando te despiertan, se escucha muy fuerte el sonido desde las 4 a las 7am)

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s in the heart of San Pancho and very accessible to the beach and restaurants. The building and rooms were very aesthetic. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

The staff were not all that friendly or helpful. The advertised pool is quite misleading, as it is not actually onsite at the hotel. It is located at a “sister property” a block away and is only available 12-6pm. This is quite inconvenient and was a barrier to us using it. I chose this hotel because it had a pool and ultimately could have chosen an alternative option if I knew how inaccessible it was. The toilet in our room also leaked a large amount of water and continued to leak after informing staff.

Cute boutique hotel - very welcoming

I am a solo female traveler. The staff makes a place for me! We’ll also the bed and linens! All were top rated!

The breakfast was good

A small refrigerator in the room would have been nice
