According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Quarto grande,vale o custo benefício

Infelizmente o local parece abandonado em certos pontos. A sala tem tudo para ser top, mas acaba sendo simples porque o preço cobrado é bem baixo. Da pra levar lenha, e tem frigobar e mesa na sala. Então se vc ajeitar bem pode ter uma excelente experiência

O preço foi muito justo. Me deixou surpresa em ver o tamanho do quarto pois a sala junto é muito grande. O que foi ótimo pois um bebê junto pode ficar correndo kk O Café poderia disponibilizar pelo menos um chá e água quente a mais pois é básico.

O quarto é bem grande. Tem condições de levar lenha e um frigobar para ajeitar uma ótima estadia.

O café é bom. A propriedade é espaçosa, mas necessita de alguns reparos. Lembra um hotel fazenda, mas sem animais. A vista é muito boa, mas o acesso tem um percurso de cerca de 3km de estrada de terra. Estava em boas condições, mesmo com chuva.

A distância da cidade informada não condiz com a real. A distância é de 8 km, e não 3.5 A propriedade NÃO DISPÕE DE WI FI (INOPERANTE)

Café da manhã excelente ,localização e.local boa para descansar.

Alguns apartamentos estavam abandonados dando uma má impressão do.local . O quarto que ficamos estava com umidade soltando o reboco .alguns armários não abriam as portas.
