Locatie, personeel en de kamer (bovenste verdieping met balkon/terras en uitzicht op riviertje en bergen.

Aantal faciliteiten waren dicht tijdens specifieke tijden (zoals de bar en het restaurant beneden aan het water). Restaurant binnen boven erg rumoerig.
