Wir waren schon 5, 6 Mal im Hotel... Es wurde (etwas) sehr schön renoviert. Die Empfangshalle sieht nun sehr edel u schön aus. Die Feuerstellen machen sich sehr sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant wurde renoviert. -Sehr sehr schön. Das Frühstück wie immer exzellent 👍👍. Leider wurde der "Wasserbereich" nicht mit renoviert. Wir kannten das Bad unten mit einer Wassertemperatur von 34 Grad. Diese ist unserer Meinung nach leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Auch der Whirlpool innen hat keine 34 Grad. Schade 😪 Ansonsten perfekt...

We would not recommend this hotel for families. It’s a mass processing hotel. I was blinded by the ranking on TripAdvisor for Fulda and the nice pictures of the Wellness area, but it was an unpleasant “4 star” hotel experience. For the first night we were given a tiny room above the smoking pavilion despite the fact we were there with our 3 year old kid. I doubt this was 26 sqm as booked, but worst was the smell of smoke, even when the window was closed. Don’t even think about opening the window. We luckily could change the room next morning (it was bigger and no smell of smoke anymore). Further to this, there was no chance to eat in the evenings, despite their massive restaurants with hundreds of seats. We were sent away hungry with our little one as they sold hundreds of packages for groups with half pension and did not warn us we have to reserve way in advance if we want to eat as their individual traveler hotel guests. The latest at check-in they should have told us. The Wellness area was very crowded, even though we went outside of what we thought might be peak hours. But it indeed looked nice! Ending this with a positive note: We had good experiences with their staff at breakfast and at check-out.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage mit Schattenseiten..., Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants fußläufig. Rezeption/ Service am Empfang unterirdisch, haben 45 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten müssen, dass dann nicht sauber war. Um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken gab es einen Kaffee aufs Haus. Zimmer war am nächsten Tag gut gereinigt. Service beim Frühstück und im SPA Bistro waren top, Preis-Leistung war im Bistro auch super.

4-star hotel? Ha, ha, ha, ha. Did they make their own stars? We won't be back. Insufficient information, staff that really didn't give a damn. They made our stay very difficult for no reson whatsoever. Food was based on industrial products. Just had enough.

Alles sehr gut, Personal alle sehr freundlich. Ich würde nur nicht mehr die 5. Etage unter dem Restaurant nehmen, da es doch sehr laut war.
