Der junge Mann an der Rezeption sprach ausgezeichnet Englisch, brachte uns direkt zu unserem Apartment und erklärte uns alles. Sehr schöne Anlage, inklusive Schwalben und Katzen. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und schöner Pool. Ruhige Lage und etwas abseits vom Strand mit wunderbarem Meerblick und nach Ajaccio.

Rented an apartment, service was good and apartment had a high standard. Was a bit outside town so rental car is a must. FANTASTIC balcony with a magic view! We reccomend this if you want something new, clean and quiet. If you want walking distance to town/resturants/beaches and feel the pulse of the island, choose from a lower price and somewhere else...

Our apartment was very quiet and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large balcony with a splendid view across the bay to Ajaccio. The pool was a short walk away, large and very clean, with plenty of patio space to stretch out and sunbathe... with the pool in the sun from 9 am until the evening. Various resdient cats and tortoises, plus an ever wagging Labrador, further contributed to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. And a long sandy beach was just a short downhill walk away.

Un appartement refait à neuf avec de très belles prestations. La terrasse et ses transats donnent sur une vue panoramique de la baie d.ajaccio. La piscine chauffée la semaine du 18 octobre: fabuleux.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found this hotel and that there was room for my wife and me at relatively short notice in mid-June (2013). The price was excellent and the setting was terrific with a lovely view, beautifully clean swimming pool with nice, and plentiful, furniture. The owners were charming, helpful and straightforward in their dealings - an altogether well run business. We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate a birthday and this offered everything we could have wished for. We had Room 4 with had a peekaboo view of the sea (Rooms 1, 2 and 3 had full views). We enjoyed the location with its proximity to a variety of restaurants and beach bars. Quite a haul into Ajaccio (10-15 kms) which was okay with me. It was quiet and perfectly situated for all day sun and sunsets. The breakfast was all we could have wanted and kept us going all day. Getting to this hotel wasn't as difficult as we expected - consistent with the hotel's efficient manner, there are striking pale blue signs along the roads clearly indicating the Kalliste Hotel. There was no A/C in our room but the fan helped - I don't remember this being a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for discerning travelers who want a touch of local flavour without the trimmings, and expense, of a higher end, luxury, beachfront hotel.

This hotel exceed all expectations. The couple who own the hotel are amazing; really made the experience wonderful. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is brand new with an exceptional view. The pool is very clean and the breakfast was worth every penny.
