Very friendly staff! Even I forgot jacket with keys in the room, they ship it to Czech Republic. Accomodation is very beautiful with nice surounding.

"Exceptional stay in Alps"

This was an exceptional stay. We arrived quite late, but were warmly welcomed at the property. Room was huge and had a beautiful view on the mountain. It also featured personal terrace and little kitchen where you can prepare own food.

Parking could be bigger or better managed, but it was a minor issue and didn't create much troubles

We loved the location and staff were communicative and accommodating to our late check in. Two main issues: their expedia page mentioned wifi in all rooms and in-room fridge but the wifi did not work except in the lobby and there was no fridge. Because we had some food with us, this was a problem.
