Super accueil, personnel réceptif . Super endroit et on vient nous chercher à l extérieur de la ville antique dans un parking gratuit. Navette à n importe quelle heure. Super. A recommander chaudement.

Las vistas impresionantes, la limpieza y el desayuno. Estar en el centro de Matera fue maravilloso y el personal muy amable. Destaco el servicio que tienen desayuno recogerte en el parking y llevarte a la puerta del hotel, mientras te explican la historia de Matera.

"Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt Mateira"

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage um Mateira zu erkunden. Parkplatz Reservierung und Abholung suoer funktioniert. Man parkt außerhalb von der Altstadt im Parkhaus, 25€ pro Tag und wird dann innerhalb 10 Minuten vom Hotel Shuttle abgeholt. Ca. 10min Fahrtzeit bis zum Hotel. Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, Zimmer sind modern ubd wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis, Frühstück schöne Auswahl an Süßem, Salzigem und Obst. Ein mit Herz geführtes Hotel.

Alles top, nichts auszusetzen.

"Omijać!!! Dla lepszej lokalizacji nie warto stracić zdrowia!!!"

jedynie lokalizacja i śniadanie OK

W pokoju czuć było wilgoć i mocny zapach pleśni 🤢. Nalot czarnej pleśni z wykwitami na ścianach odebrał przyjemność z tego miejsca!!!! Przez dwa dni czułem to w płucach, okropne przeżycie!!! Czarna pleśń jest niebezpieczna dla zdrowia, powodując alergie, problemy oddechowe, a nawet uszkodzenia układu nerwowego.
