Marriner Views

Marriner Views is located close to the center of Surfers Paradise and just about 50 meters away from a fantastic beach. Steve, the building manager, hase done a wonderful job to make our stay joyfull. The furniture and beds in the appartment are comfortable and modern. We were staying in App. 1A which is located close to the large and very well kept pool. The appartment features one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sliding door to the veranda. There is also a washing machine available in the second bathroom which is very usefull in a tropical place.

The cleaning service needs a little improvement. Frequency once a week is simply not enough. Toilet paper is not replaced - so watch out and don`t forget to buy it yourself. Towels you will have to wash yourself - as they are white you should not mix them with your personal items.

Die Lage, sie war sehr gut. Schöner Ausblick zum Strand, zum Kanal und zur Stadt.

Was macht das Putzpersonal hauptberuflich? Geschirr schmutzig, bei jedem Schrank verklebte Griffe. Bettwäsche mit Spuren vom vorhergehenden Gast, Sanitäranlagen nicht sauber – dies könnte man auf einfachstem Weg ändern. Aber die Baustellen von 6:30 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr, es werden rundum neue Hochhäuser gebaut, extremer Baulärm für die nächsten drei Jahre. Tschüss mit schöner Aussicht.

No A/C, no exhaust fan in bathroom, bad smell in house and poor quality of facilities

Views and spaciousness

TV is master bed room does not work well. No airconditioners in the apartment

Location was great, customer service was friendly decent size and the outdoor area was good

There was dust everywhere, in the lights, lamps, door frames, fans. The bathroom tap was leaking, the BBQ barely put any heat out to cook, the dishwasher didn't work and there seemed to be no light switch for the lights above dining table or they just didn't go. Its a real shame as first impressions were awesome but the longer we were there the more we realized how dirty and run down it is.
