The location was convenient for my needs, and staff were attentive. Bathroom could have used a little more attention, but otherwise, the room was clean.

Mattress and pillows were less than comfortable. Overhead lights ALL operated on 1 switch, 1 bedside lamp didn't work and the other was SUPER bright. Outdoor bistro offered little comfort - particularly in the winter chill and despite some overhead heating - and the menu prices - significantly lower than the indoor dining - were less than budget friendly. Courtesy Bus - parked in prime view and advertising the service - has apparently not been available for over 2 years.

Location was great.

Just about everything else. Tiny balcony and reception was never open. Why have a reception area? You create hope for no reason.

The onsite restaurant and bar was great.

Room was absolutely disgusting. When we first arrived the smell in the room was terrible, I asked to be moved but there was no other rooms available. The shower was mouldy and dirty, we had cockroach’s in the room. The cutlery was dirty. Mould on the ceiling.
