Loved that there was a spa with instant hot water and the staff were ultra helpful, accomodating, professional & approachable. Asequate amount of beds. One queen bed upstairs and another down stairs plus a sofa bed. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and good floor space. Downfall was cleanliness with the sofa bed; there were food pieces, hair, wood chips & other little things in the folded split part of the sofa when you put it down into a bed. The curtains were really dusty and the bed cover had an odour on it. The boxing around the spa pool was fragile and falling apart with staple bits and little nails sticking out (not great in general but terrible with an active toddler) and the wood part to box off the pipes and inifinity gas heater was fragile and falling to bits as well. Also there needs to be a mat between the bathroom and backdoor so when entering after using the spa, it won’t be so slippery. The room was very small but there was a lot crammed into it. You couldn’t open the drawers to access utensils without having to pull the chair out and having to move the table over. The tv is set down far to low so the view was obscured by the bed next to it and it was a very tight fit down stairs with so much furniture in such a tiny space. Walls are chipped and cracked with markings on them & the art piece in there was broken but hanging off a small hook above the bed so we took it down to be safe. Enjoyed my stay overall based on staff will be back 😁

Upon arrive into the room, the tiles in the bathroom and leading to the spa area were sticky (like they had been cleaned with dirty water?) It looked like that toilet hadn't been scrubbed as it had a scrum ring where the water level is. The bed suited me as i like them firm. The kids loved the cupboard under the stairs (an it kept them entertained) and loved sleep upstairs by themselves. Spa was great having it privately for the room and just our use. Parking is crammed. They offer WIFI but it didn't work for me, the room was to far away from the router, they need to invest in a WIFI booster and also the password provided didn't work. Not an overall bad experience.
For the price you pay this is hands down the best your going to get in Rotorua!!!

Spa pool in back of unit drained water whilst we were in it, turned jets on and they wouldnt turn off. car parking was very cramped and tight. Beds had no legs and the electric blankets didnt work. taps in bathroom rusty and dirty, light in bathroom flickered and buzzed and heating rail didnt work. was not impressed at all, was not worth paying full price and would never stay again.
Situated on Fenton Street with easy access. Building are very shabby and tired. A freshen up would make it much more appealing on arrival. No road noise was heard.
