From the moment we arrived the hospitality & friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The unit we had was 5* it had everything you would want in a motel including excellent appliances & even a roll of glad wrap & bandaids in the bathroom. Having just been to Millbrook in Arrowtown this place compared equally. Free washer & dryer facilities, towels for the nearby hot pools & very comfortable bed. Thank you so much 🥰

Very quiet and loved hearing the Tui singing Close proximity to pools and restaurants Welcoming staff Chocolates on the bed Fluffy soft towels Relaxing

Mattress was comfy but more lumbar support would have been better. The shower would be better with a rail to hold while getting into the spa - for short legged older person

Typical motel room but with comfy settee. We've been travelling for 7 weeks and this is not that common. Bathroom and kitchenette with everything you might need to cook etc. free washer too, again not that common.
