I am not happy that there was continuous building work going on next door ALL day until 8pm - seven days a week! I had to change rooms twice but the whole riad was noisy and the staff were unable to intervene or do much which isn’t their fault however - the management knew this work was going on yet there was no mention of it on the Expedia website!! I could only afford to stay somewhere else for my last night so paid an extra £160 to go to a peaceful hotel so I could sleep and not be driven slowly crazy! The hotel say they couldn’t refund me for the night I didn’t stay because I booked on Expedia !! Not happy. If you want to get any sleep do not stay at this place.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce Riad. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : -Avant tout la gentillesse et la qualité de l'accueil du personnel. Mention spéciale a Simo et Rizlane qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Simo était la pour tous les petits services ou soucis rencontrés ( faire de la monnaie, nous préparer une petit dej a l'aube de notre départ, nous donner les bons tuyaux etc..) Rizlane ( service administratif notamment) est inoubliable pour sa bonne humeur et son côté chaleureux qui sont toujours appréciables pour les touristes Je n'oublie pas le gérant Éric très sympathique et a l'écoute, toujours prêt a donner de bonnes infos sur ce qu'il y a a voir dans la médina et autour -La décoration avec beaucoup de goût des espaces communs du riad. -le confort de notre chambre : spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable Au moins une suite familiale est prévue pour les familles avec beaucoup de place... -le petit déjeuner copieux et complet ( pris sur le rooftop) -le rooftop du riad : tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien -la situation du riad dans la médina, proche de tout Bref, nous avons été plus que satisfaits et reviendrons dans ce riad lors de notre prochaine visite a Essaouira !

Juste 2 petits points a signaler qui n'enlèvent rien a l'impression générale très positive laissée : -L'espace de la salle de bain mériterait d'être un peu rafraîchi , mais est tout a fait fonctionnel Un peu de bruit le soir mais comme partout dans le Medina (mais très calme la nuit a partir de minuit jusqu'à au moins 8h30 ce qui est agréable pour les gens qui dorment)

Breakfast was great but as Im from an English background it would have been nice to have had an English breakfast with a Moroccan twist. What we had was very good though. Service and ambience very friendly and informal which we really liked. We will definitely go back. The hotel offered excellent value for money

Un riad super bien placé en plein la Médina. Très propre! Un personnel hyper accueillant et gentil (une spéciale dédicace à Mohammed qui se pliera en 4 pour vous aider et vous mettre à l'aise et Khadidja une cuisinière au top !). Je recommande

The stay was short for us. We didn't know how to get to the riad at first since it is in the old medina but some locals helped. The riad is beautifully decorated with basic amenities but the vibe is great and the staff is awesome. The breakfast served was good and varied. We enjoed having the breakfast in the rooftop. The room and bathroom were a bit small. The beds were comfy in both our room and the kids' one. The Medina dn port are walking distance so you don't have to worry about taking your car. Overall great stay!
