Zagospodarowanie pokoju i łazienki. Trzy foteliki, w szafie dużo półek, wygodny dostęp do gniazdek elektrycznych dla podłączenia laptopa lub telefonu. W łazience jest gdzie położyć kosmetyczkę, ustawić na półce kosmetyki. Dogodna odległość od centrum: 10 minut pieszo do katedry, 20 minut do rynku.
