I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations. The staff were very supportive, friendly, and always ready to help, which truly enhanced the overall experience. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches inspired by the city itself, reflected beautifully in the architecture and interior design. One unique feature I enjoyed was the presence of guides about the city’s history inside the room. It added a special cultural touch and made the stay more meaningful and engaging.

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, there were a few issues that could be improved. The room did not have slippers, which would have added to the comfort. Additionally, the TV in the room was broken, which was a bit disappointing. Addressing these small issues would make the experience even better for future guests.
