"Good Location bad Service & maintenance"

Hotel is at Govardhan Parikrama Marg, Security person, House keeping, attendants all staff are good & supportive, Breakfast is good, Hotel environment is nice

They provide side cottage which is not as per picture shows during booking, Bathroom have glass door, maindoor & glass door has some space so worries about insects & snake. Reception staff not supportive, Bad quality toiletries.

Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant.

Ambience Greenery Peaceful

Toiletries, water bottles, towels not refreshed until I call the front desk. Housekeeping not done until you follow up.
