Symphony Palms Beach Resort And Spa

Location of property was good.

On booking we were not told that it would be like a building site. They are constructing a new set of chalets and some work started at 6.30 am.The electrics around the AC unit were unsafe as was the socket outside the bathroom. The reception area was dark and needed a complete overhaul, as did the room. A fair price (if I went back which I won’t be doing) would be half of what I paid. There was 1 sun lounger on the beach. Breakfast was unappetising, for example the fruit juices and fruit were not kept cold, so in these temperatures they were warm. Photos show how the rooms are locked!

Lot of construction taking place

The location is nice, its a big property with lots of rooms and cottages and they have a private beach as well, which is always appreciated. The property is well managed and cleaned and they serve good food at the restaurant

Being a big property they dont have enough people to provide services. Asking for bottles of water in rooms takes ages to arrive. They are even making new rooms and I am not sure if they will be able to manage it if they dont increase their workforce.
