Courtyard by Marriott Alexandria

Bottled water in the rooms would be nice. Otherwise it was fine.

One of the best experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. The girl that checked us in and out was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.

A lot of construction noise Property needs up grades

Convenience to my location.

The bathrooms should be upgraded. The tub was horrible. Also, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.

The receptionist was soo nice.

Very kind and efficient staff.

Location and ac was good

I was told I’d get a roll bed I requested and called I. Before we headed that way. Get there and was told we couldn’t have one even though it was on my request under my name. 2. The bathtub faucet is barely hanging on about yo fall off. Bathroom door knob is broken.3. The cups had old coffee at the bottom couldn’t use them to drink out of.3. This should not be. Marriott not high quality as all the others neither is the staff!

The bed was very comfortable, and internet access was available. Many dining options nearby as well as options at hotel.

Location was good for our event

There was only one elevator ended up, having to wait a good bit to use it. Air conditioning in the lobby was having issues, not working properly and leaking through the ceiling

The bathroom was upgraded. The staff was excellent. The bar and breakfast and TV lounge area were great. No complaints.
