Amazing how things can be mismanaged...no responsibility,no accountability No service,you have to eat what the staff give you,at their covenience When we went to restaurant, staff were eating tea snacks and watching TV....being a general manager of a resort myself,was SHOCKED. Surprised to see company like Expedia enlisting such HORRIBLE RESORT.
The only benefit is the stay is quite close (10-15 min) away from Calicut airport. Otherwise, the facility is very poorly staffed and has a very average stay. In house phones do not work. Room is not clean and worms/insects were noted in the rooms.
Good except food is not available after 9 o'clock
Hotel is very far from the main road and not readily traceable, however, staff are good but options for food is very less, even not manageable from nearby.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff is fantastic and very much serviceminded, I think they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. I only used the hotel for one night, but sure will book it again.
die Klimaanlage hatte nur kurz funktioniert, danach gar nicht mehr! Service ist ein Fremdwort dort. es schien, als wären wir die einzigsten Gäste dort. wir hatten niemanden in den drei Tagen gesehen. In diesem Ort gibt es auch nichts besonderes zu sehen, also eher ungeeignet für touristen.
We stayed here awaiting the plane from Calicut to Mumbai. It is a government hotel. It has a great view. The staff could not do enough for us and the price is very reasonable.
