Location is great. Pool area excellent with beautiful view. Pastry delivery lovely too.

Lack of any communal area to hang out, especially for kids, is a real shame. Also no space for food preparation but lots of restaurants very nearby.

On a pas prévu mon arrivée car ma réservation elle a été tardive mais rien de grave et tout qui a été mis en place pour pouvoir avoir accès facilement sympa

The chalet was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was a wonderful facility - perfect after a day on the slopes. We thought it was good value for money and the location was good with great ski storage and ski-in ski-out capability. A super bakery in front where you could buy fresh baguette and croissant every day, or have it delivered to your chalet.

Even though it is 4 star accommodation, we were given 1 toilet roll for a week for 4 people (potentially 6 as our chalet slept 6). You are expected to buy your own which is expensive in resort but also just seems ludicrous for 4 star accommodation. I booked a two bedroom two bathroom Chalet deliberately so as my family could all have good, private facilities (we have two teens). There was only one toilet.

Great location, genuinely ski in ski out. Comfortable, spacious, really well stocked kitchen. Pool was a real treat after the slopes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As others have mentioned, the wifi could be better.

First time here, but would definitely be booking again for next year
