Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio North Stone Oak

Staff went above and beyond to welcome and make us comfortable. Facility was beautiful. Parking garage was great as it was raining. Breakfast was more than we expected and happy hour libations and food was a real treat. Kudos to Elizabeth who seemed to take care of the entire bar and buffet area - bartending, keeping buffet dishes filled, even cleaning the area. The real gem of the experience was Crystal Cantu (assistant manager?) who took us under her wing and was so fun. She provided us with a map of San Antonio, step-by-step directions to several locations, suggestions for restaurants to enjoy (and avoid), local attractions, and a general feeling of welome and warmth. She is a treasure. Her assistant, Jamayca, was also very personable, friendly, and helpfu.

Perhaps just a couple more inches to maneuver around the pull-out sofa when it is made into a bed for the people using the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Don't know how this could be done as it appears to be a bit of design flaw. We did jockey the bed a tad to make this possible.

Me and my partner really loved the hot tub in the bathroom and the environment of the whole hotel was amazing. 10/10 would come here again

One and only down side, me and partner agreed on was the AC in the room. The AC took a while to get cold in the room.
