"Beautiful hotel to relax and unwind. A choice of 3 amazing pools and great walks."

The room was huge and spacious. The property is on a massive acreage and is exceptionally well looked after with lots of great walks to do. The views are beautiful with great sunsets.

Amazing view The pool Spa. Therapist Gloriana was perfect. Restaurant and amazing staff at the restaurant

"Un hotel espectacular"

La vista es espectacular, la atención fue excelente y la cena de gran nivel. Lo recomendaría para familias y parejas. Sin duda volveremos, nos pareció un lugar sumamente agradable y cómodo.

Lo único que no nos gustó es el sonido de las motos cerca del hotel, y de los aviones que pasan muy cerca. Preferimos la tranquilidad y el silencio.

We loved it so much we came back for a second stay. I learned they do have lunch also. The first time we assumed no since they only take reservations for breakfast and dinner but they have lunch available too, no reservations needed. Highly recommend!!

"Amazing resort in Alajuela / San Jose"

An amazing oasis in Alajuela ! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The views are incredible , and the food delicious. To top the day , I had an extremely relaxing massage with Deyne . My son and my husband hiked the waterfalls , and that was another pleasant surprise. You just don’t expect finding such a gem so close to San Jose.

I am a repeat guest at Xandari. This was my fourth stay and I am pleased to say the hotel's standards remain consistently high. Some hotels disappoint upon return but Xandari has never let me down. It's gratifying to know I have a place I can rely on for a relaxing stay whenever I am in town.

La villa que tuvimos estaba genial, amplia, limpia, cómoda y con unas vistas de todo el valle impresionantes. Los jardines y el sendero del hotel eran espectaculares e impecables de mantenimiento.

La presión del agua era muy baja, lo único digamos negativo.

"Lovely peaceful property within an easy drive from the airport."

This is a great place for your first night or last night as it is within easy driving distance of the airport - about 30 minutes. The views from the rooms and the restaurant are great especially at night The restaurant is very good The grounds are lovely with some great trails through the surrounding forest.
