Altis Prime Hotel

De service wat uitmuntend! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en wil overal bij helpen of meedenken. De kamer was erg schoon en werd dagelijks bijgewerkt. Vooral onze kinderen werden goed verzorgd en kregen een welkomstpakketje met knuffel en tekenspulletjes. Ik raad deze accommodatie echt aan voor gezinnen!

Het kan bij het ontbijt wat krap zijn tijdens de spits, wat het niet een ontspannen ervaring maakt.

The main control board didn’t work properly, at one point we gave up and went to sleep with no air conditioning and the lights in the toilet as well

When we first checked in, a staff member kindly escorted us to our room and gave us a detailed introduction. She made me feel very special.😍 I loved how spacious the room was compared to other hotels in Europe. The bedding was spotless and incredibly comfortable. We had a small issue with the bathtub drain at first, as the water didn’t go down properly while I was showering. However, after informing the reception the next morning, the staff took care of it immediately. By the time we returned from sightseeing later that day, everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently the team handled the situation. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it is nicely prepared with options like eggs, bacon, yogurt, and fresh fruit—everything you need for a satisfying start to the day. I’ve stayed at many major chain hotels such as Marriott,Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt ,but this hotel exceeded them in many ways. The cleanliness of the room and the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff were truly outstanding.

Be prepared for an uphill walk from the bus stop or subway station 😂—but it’s definitely a good workout!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit allen erforderlichen Dingen. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Kleine Überraschung für die Kinder beim Checkin im Zimmer.

Nichts

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum/ Finanzdistrikt. Haupteinkaufsstrassen, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Das Hotel wirkt sehr professionell geführt. Zimmer/Apartement sauber, modern und mit guter Grösse, mit nur kleinen Abnützungserscheinungen. Frühstück klein, aber gut. Frühstücksraum etwas eng, insgesamt jedoch völlig in Ordnung. Besonders positiv war der hervorragende Service. Gerne wieder.

The hotel was 2 blocks from Liberdade Blvd, which was very convenient for shops and restauraunts.. The beds were super comfortable, an excellent breakfast was served every morning, and they had some English speaking channels. The staff members were very kind and helpful.

The shower was big and spacious. It had non slip strips at the front of the shower, but the shower was very slick when getting out..
