小孩眼鏡掉在風呂區，卡在昏暗的石縫中，好幾個工作人員積極協助，最後也順利找回，謝謝1樓各位的協助。住過雲品很多次了，感覺服務及流程ㄧ直都有在進步，設施也沒有老舊感覺，維護的很好。有機會還是會繼續選擇入住。

娛樂室有外籍遊客大聲喧嘩，不見服務人員去勸導，去年入住時只要大聲就很嚴格的制止。兒童遊樂區去年很嚴格的規定大人小孩都要穿襪子，這次去大人小孩都可以不穿，連大人進到球池擺拍，服務人員也沒作為。

Pulizia eccellente, struttura ben curata nei dettagli, cena ottima, staff gentilissimo, terme super e le stanze bellissime

L'unica punto sfavorevole é la navetta che é presente ma solamente in due orari, mattina presto e metà pomeriggio. Essendo a 3 Km dal centro del paesino la soluzione risulta scomoda
