Bed linen and beds were good and comfortable. Towels good. Property clean and presented as good as it could be for a very old room that had been partially renovated. Good location and easy to access with lots of parking.

Renovation only half done in my opinion…old doors and curtains etc. no microwave..no hand towel (or even a rack to put a hand towel on, no face washer. Power points coming away from wall. Iron was completely broken & not working. Whilst I thought the contactless check in was a great idea to begin with it turned out not to be when we urgently needed the iron to be replaced (as we needed to iron outfits to attend a function at a certain time) and found myself on hold to clearly a call centre in another country and had to leave a message. Whilst the staff there were very friendly and efficient and phoned back very quickly (actually had 3 ring me back) it didn’t,t leave me confident that we were going to get our iron on time. Fortunately we walked around the complex and managed to find an employee who was able to locate a spare iron for us in the nick of time. Also as I went to check out on the Sunday on the app I kept getting an error message saying that it was currently blocked.

Very convenient to the airport. The meal was substantial and tasty. A bit noisy but to be expected due to location. The heated bathroom floor was a nice touch

Locality

No check in staff Pin code wasn't sent before check in had to ring. Bathroom door didn't close properly, wood swollen and door water damaged Bar fridge was defrosted and not on so water all over the floor
