Under cover parking to that room became available when other person left.

The fact that you are allowed to pay for a room but not allowed to get in till you then give the business your drivers licence and bank details over the phone late afternoon. I was getting warning signs from my security. This is dispite the fact that they had my derails previously. There is no way you can get your money back if you booked it that day. Apparently. I was supposed to make my way to hamilon to actually give my details to a live person on sight. What a drama. Then they found my details out of the blue. I didnt make it in time through traffic etc. But they let me in. I slept very poorly with light coming in all night and a very basic bed. No microwave.
