Restaurante é muito bom, equipe super gentil. Preparou sobremesas maravilhosas pra minha família, pois somos intolerantes a lactose. Minha bebê não pode comer ainda sal e eles prepararam diariamente proteína pra ela separadamente. A equipe de recreação é ótima. Os quartos são confortáveis. Adorei!

A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhor e a água da piscina que tem parque aquático, poderia ser morninha ou quente.

Quarto confortável, excelente área Kids, com vários espaços para as crianças aproveitarem brinquedos e piscinas, além de uma excelente equipe de animação para crianças e adultos na época do verão. A equipe de limpeza foi espetacular e o café da manhã, bem variado. Linda vista.

A acessibilidade das instalações precisa de melhorias. Os elevadores têm limitação de peso bastante restrita que dificulta a movimentação de uma família maior.

Área de brinquedos, tanto a parte seca quanto a parte molhada.

Muitos pontos ficaram a desejar: 1. Quarto família no quinto andar e o elevador só vai até o quarto andar, sendo necessário andar um corredor enorme e subir um andar de escada. 2. Instalações antigas no quarto. Portal da porta do quarto com madeira muito desgastada. Maçaneta da porta do banheiro caindo, sem o parafuso. 3. Cheiro forte de mofo no quarto 4. Piscina da área de lazer em péssima condições de manutenção. Muitas áreas sem pastilha dentro da piscina.
