Comfort Inn & Suites Weston - Wausau

Pésima atención por el joven en recepción, comunicación inefectiva, espera aun sin haber más personas, no apoyó preregistro ni permitió el resguardo temporal de equipaje mientras realizaba otra actividad y figuraba la hora del check-in (primer hotel que visito en el mundo que no da este servicio). Tan mala impresión de inicio que decidí no quedarme y aun así fue cobrada la noche, habiendo solicitado a través de booking el reembolso de buena voluntad al hotel.

Very clean and nice.

The beds were comfortable, shower was clean and had excellent water pressure! It's the little things!

I liked the rate for the room. I did check in, but I could not afford the damage deposit. I was not able to stay in the room though. I did encounter a staff member, and he was very, very rude and made implications that I was not a guest at their hotel. Which, technically I was, I guess?Because I paid for the room, just not the damage deposit. I took offense to that and I am currently seeking a refund. Never in all of my travels has any hotel personnel ever had the audacity to be so rude.

The lack of customer service. Perhaps management should do a reevaluation of what customer service means to staff and go from there. Because the way the staff member I spoke to me that day Sorely lacked that skill set.

It was very close to where we’re presenting about our non-profit. Seemed to be plenty of parking. Grounds looked clean. Entrance wasn’t overly special in anyway, but once into the reception area and lounge area it was very welcoming. Other than our door to our room being hard to push open and to shut the room was great. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the shower had great pressure.
