We arrived late in the evening & entered a warm cabin as the staff had put our heater on. The little things make a huge difference. Thoroughly enjoyed the SPA cabin. Management & staff very approachable & friendly.

Television & Wifi connection is not great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was friendly and excellent throughout, and the staff were very attentive to any requests we made. The front reception team was especially welcoming and helpful. Our little one had a fantastic time enjoying the play area and the pool, and he loved riding his bicycle along the shared pathways - such a great setup for families. We hope to come again in the future. Thank you :)

The only issues we experienced were with the couch in Cabin 8 (where we stayed), which was worn and not very clean, and the mattress protectors on the kids’ bunk beds, which also did not appear clean. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the overall experience.
