So much to do for the kids

Only downside is the spa was a bit dirty with tanbark and the jumping pillow out of order sadly.

very close to the beach, location is quiet, our cabin is facing the water park, not far from seahorse inn restaurant.

The only thing mightbe the checkout time is 10am which is a little too early, as we arrived late the night before. But it is the issue among all Australian hotels. In other countries checkout can be by noon.

Facilities for kids kept them busy and made us happy.

We were asked to keep the volume down at 10pm in a cabin which was a little out of our comfort. Also one of the kids in our group was racially profiled as chicken curry which was bad. Also the jumping pillow was not operational

Kids loved the pool and water park

Needing a little better communication regarding events planned that had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Location and beach were good. Common amenities were adequately provided. Truly disappointed with the contrast in the 2 cabins we had occupied. The cupboard door of one was broken . There was slight difference in the cost of the two cabins but vast difference in the furnishing and space between the 2.

Cheap room with the basics which is all we were looking for. Nice staff who were very helpful with our late arrival and the signage getting into the park was good.

The toiletries were watered down which was lame, the overall cleanliness wasn't fantastic (but the room was cheap so we weren't expecting fantastic).
