The location and staff were great

Stains on my towels and sheets, mold on the showers, loud construction in the lobby

Very good location at the heart of the old city of split, near every thing, not so far from the bus station.

The first night of my stay, some guests made a night party in the corridor in front of my room for about 4 hours duration ended 4.30 am, I asked them to lower their voices, they do not respond and bahave in a very bad way, the lady at the reception unfortunately did not do any thing, and suffered for the whole night with no sleep. When I came out from my room at 7 am I found all their trash and carbage put in front of my door. I could not imagine this catastrophic unpolite behaviour. The otherthing was, the design of the room, no place to put your luggage, the lockers are very far from the bed and of a very high position, I could not use it. The shower is in place away from the toilet and the sink is at a third place, no shilf or some thing to put your staff, very small sized shower. Even in the kitchen which is good equipped, the sink is at the garden outside the kitchen. No mirror at the room, the ladder for the top bed is very painful for the foot.

We reached tgere earlier than the check-in time and the hotel staff were very helpful to let us get the room. The staff were very nice especially the man - I don't know his name- the kication is fantastic.
